FAQ

What is your booking process?

To begin the booking process, we will schedule a consultation call where we can discuss the details of your session and answer any questions you may have. Once the session is scheduled, we will send you a contract to sign, and a $250.00 deposit for your photoshoot is required to secure your session date.

Please note that the minimum consumption for an in-studio photo session is $1,330.00 and includes hair and makeup and a complimentary bottle of champagne.

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling?

We allow one-time rescheduling of your session within 15 days of your original session date as long as you provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you do not provide at least 48 hours notice, your session fee will be forfeited, and an additional retainer fee of $250 will be required to reschedule. All retainer fees are nonrefundable.

What happens if I am running late to my photo shoot?

If you are running late, please call or text us. Please keep in mind that your shooting time will be reduced if you arrive late, and depending on the stylist's availability, we may need to reschedule your photo shoot if you are more than 30 minutes late. Please note that our rescheduling policy will not be in effect in this case, and an additional retainer payment may be required to reschedule.

How long does a session take?

Session times vary depending on the type of session you are booking. A typical portrait session takes around 2-3 hours, including hair and makeup styling.

What should I wear to my session?

We recommend choosing clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable. We will discuss wardrobe options in more detail during our consultation call.

Do you offer digital files for portrait, fashion, and fine art photography?

Yes, we offer digital files with every purchase of an album or wall art product. Digital files are not available for purchase as a standalone product.

Do you offer RAW files?

As a professional photographer, providing raw files to clients is not standard practice. Raw files are unedited, unprocessed images straight from the camera and are meant for the photographer's use only. The photographer's job is to select the best images from the shoot and edit them to the highest quality for the client's final selection. Providing raw files does not accurately represent the photographer's skill and artistic vision and can compromise the final product.

How do I view and order my images?

We will schedule a reveal and ordering session where you will view the best 100-200 images from your session and choose which ones you would like to purchase. You will then work with us to design your package and place your order.

Do you offer retouching services?

Yes, we offer signature retouching on all purchased images as a complimentary service. We also offer a complimentary master retouch on all images selected for wall art to ensure that your enlargements are flawless. Minor tattoo removal is also available as a complimentary service upon request. However, the removal of large tattoos is subject to an additional fee as it is highly time intensive.
